Narissa has been part of the Centralina team since 2016, first as the Centralina Workforce Development Board Coordinator and now as the Boards Administrator where she works with the Board of Delegates, Executive Board, Advancing the Plan Committee and the Centralina Economic Development District. Narissa's track record for working with community-building organizations and passion for community improvement began early in her career with Founding Ancestor's Dream, a non-profit organization based out of Pennsylvania.
