The Centralina Economic Development District (EDD) is proud to share its 2025 Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy (CEDS) Annual Update, highlighting continued progress toward the region’s “Prosperity for All” vision. Now in the third year of CEDS implementation, Centralina and its partners have accelerated momentum across workforce development, digital opportunity, transportation planning and disaster readiness.
Another Strong Year of Progress
From January through October 2025, the region continued advancing 45 of the 58 CEDS action items, demonstrating strong collaboration and steady movement across all three CEDS goals: Economic Opportunity, Infrastructure and Readiness.
This year’s accomplishments show how Centralina and its partners are turning regional strategies into meaningful, on-the-ground impact.
